Vorneu 10mg Tablet contains domperidone 10mg, a powerful dopamine antagonist that effectively controls nausea and vomiting by accelerating gastric emptying and blocking dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone of the brain. Widely prescribed for motion sickness, chemotherapy-induced nausea, post-operative vomiting, migraine-associated nausea, and functional dyspepsia, Vorneu provides rapid symptom relief and helps restore comfort quickly. Unlike older antiemetics, it does not typically cause drowsiness, making it suitable for daytime use in adults and children above 12 years (weight-based dosing under medical supervision.
