Tirzee 2.5 mg/0.5 mL Pen – Advanced GLP‑1/GIP Agonist for Diabetes & Weight Management

The Tirzee 2.5 mg/0.5 mL pre‑filled pen contains tirzepatide, a dual‑action GIP and GLP‑1 receptor agonist indicated for the treatment of adults with insufficiently controlled type 2 diabetes mellitus (as an adjunct to diet and exercise) and in combination with lifestyle changes to reduce excess body weight.
Administered once weekly by subcutaneous injection, the 2.5 mg starting dose is typically used to initiate therapy and minimise side effects, with possible escalation under medical supervision.

  • Once‑weekly dosing improves adherence over daily injections.
  • Dual GIP/GLP‑1 mechanism offers superior metabolic benefits: improved glycaemic control and weight reduction.
  • Injectable format ensures reliable absorption and predictable action.
  • Suitable as part of a comprehensive metabolic treatment plan (diet, exercise, lifestyle).
  • Clinically supported with well‑documented safety and efficacy profiles.

  1. Administer one injection every week, at any time of day, with or without meals.
  2. Inject subcutaneously into the thigh, abdomen or upper arm. Rotate injection sites each week.
  3. If you miss a dose and it’s been less than 4 days, inject as soon as you remember. If beyond 4 days, skip and resume your regular weekly schedule.
  4. Combine with healthy diet and physical activity for optimal effect.

Q: What is Tirzee used for?
A: It treats adults with type 2 diabetes when diet and exercise alone are insufficient, and supports weight management.

Q: Is this the same as a daily tablet?
A: No — Tirzee is a weekly injectable pen, not a daily pill.

Q: How soon will I see results?
A: Some blood glucose improvements may appear within a few weeks, with greater benefits over time under consistent use.

Q: Can this help with weight loss?
A: Yes — Tirzee has shown weight‑reduction benefits in addition to its diabetes effect.

Q: Can both men and women use it?
A: Yes — but women who are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding should consult a specialist.

Active: Tirzepatide 2.5 mg per 0.5 mL dose.
Inactive: Buffer salts, sodium chloride, water for injection, etc. (Check the product leaflet for full list.)
