1. Wet your face and/or body with lukewarm water.
2. Dispense a small amount of the wash into your hands.
3. Gently massage onto skin in circular motions for about a minute.
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or cool water. Pat dry with a soft towel. 
5. After cleansing, while skin is still slightly damp, follow with Dermive Moisturizer (or your preferred moisturizer) to lock in hydration. Use both AM & PM.

2. Can I use this wash on both face and body?
Absolutely. It’s designed as a face & body wash with a gentle formula that works in both areas without over-drying. 

3. How often should I use Dermive Moisturizing Wash?
Use it twice daily — morning and evening — or whenever your skin feels dry or tight to maintain moisture and barrier health. 

4. Does it have a fragrance or harsh detergents like sulfates?
No. The formula is sulfate-free, fragrance-free, and non-irritating. It avoids harsh agents to protect sensitive skin. 

5. Will it strip makeup and sunscreen effectively?
It removes impurities, dirt, and light makeup well, but for heavy makeup or sunscreen, a double cleanse (with an oil/balm first) may be more effective.
