  1. Take one sachet daily, unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider.
  2. Dissolve the contents of the sachet into ~200 ml of water. 
  3. Stir well until the powder is fully dissolved. 
  4. Ideally, drink it after a meal or snack to improve absorption and reduce stomach discomfort. 
  5. If you miss a dose, skip it — do not double up.
