Cefiget 200 mg Tablet – Powerful Cephalosporin for Bacterial Infections

Cefiget 200 mg tablet contains cefixime, a third‑generation cephalosporin antibiotic manufactured by Getz Pharma. It works by disrupting the bacterial cell wall synthesis, which helps eliminate a wide range of drug-sensitive bacteria.

This tablet is ideal for treating common bacterial infections such as urinary tract infections, throat infections (tonsillitis, pharyngitis), and bronchitis. The film-coated tablet should be swallowed whole with water, and can be taken with or without food.

  • Treats a wide range of bacterial infections
  • Effective against cephalosporin-sensitive pathogens
  • Once-daily or divided-dose regimen possible
  • Oral tablet — easy to administer
  • Trusted brand and formulation by Getz Pharma

  1. Take 1 tablet (200 mg) by mouth, or as directed by your physician.
  2. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water; do not crush or chew.
  3. You can take it with food or without — but if the stomach feels upset, take it with a meal.
  4. Keep your dosing times consistent each day to help maintain effective blood levels.
  5. Finish the entire course of therapy to make sure the infection is fully treated.
