Coferb Plus Syrup – Triple-Action Relief for Wet Cough, Chest Congestion & Throat Irritation

Coferb Plus 120ml Syrup is a strong expectorant and mucolytic cough syrup specially formulated to clear thick phlegm and relieve chesty, productive cough associated with bronchitis, smoker’s cough, asthma, COPD flare-ups, and respiratory tract infections. It combines guaifenesin (loosens mucus), ambroxol (thins sticky phlegm), terbutaline (opens airways), and menthol (soothes throat) for fast, effective relief – making coughs more productive and easier to expel while calming bronchial irritation. The non-drowsy, pleasant-flavoured formula works within 30 minutes and helps you breathe freely again.

  • Rapidly loosens thick, thins and expels stubborn chest phlegm
  • Opens airways for easier breathing in bronchitis & asthma
  • Soothes sore throat and reduces coughing effort
  • Non-drowsy – stay active throughout the day
  • Pleasant taste accepted by adults & older children

  1. Shake the bottle thoroughly
  2. Use the measuring cup for accurate dose
  3. Adults & children >12 years: 10 ml three times daily
  4. Children 6–12 years: 5 ml three times daily
  5. Children 2–6 years: 2.5–5 ml three times daily (only under paediatrician guidance)
  6. Take after meals to reduce stomach irritation
