Vorneu 5mg Tablet contains domperidone 5mg in a child-appropriate, easy-to-swallow formulation designed for mild to moderate nausea and vomiting. It works by speeding up stomach emptying and blocking nausea signals in the brain, making it ideal for motion sickness, mild gastroenteritis, post-viral vomiting, or mild chemotherapy-related nausea in children ≥35 kg and adults who need a gentler dose. The 14-tablet pack provides a convenient short-course treatment while minimizing side-effect risk.

  1. Give one 5mg tablet 15–30 minutes before travel or meals
  2. Swallow whole with water or disperse in a little water if needed (check with pharmacist)
  3. Maximum 3 tablets (15mg) per day for children ≥35 kg and adults, as prescribed
  4. Take 30–60 minutes before journey for motion sickness
  5. Do not repeat dose if vomiting occurs shortly after taking
