Cipesta tablets contain ciprofloxacin HCl, a potent fluoroquinolone antibiotic made by Getz Pharma. 
This 500 mg strength is commonly used to treat moderate to severe bacterial infections, including urinary tract infections, respiratory infections (such as bronchitis or pneumonia), gastrointestinal infections, skin and soft tissue infections, intra-abdominal infections, and typhoid fever.
