  1. Cleanse your face and neck using a gentle wash.
  2. Apply your regular moisturizer (if used) and let it absorb.
  3. Dispense a sufficient amount of Spectra Block SPF60 and apply evenly over all exposed skin (face, neck, arms) at least 20-30 minutes before sun exposure. 
  4. Reapply every 2 hours, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.
  5. Use daily in the morning for continuous protection.

1. Is Spectra Block SPF60 suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes—because it includes physical filters (zinc oxide, titanium dioxide) and soothing agents like Aloe Vera & Vitamin E. Many listings note it's suitable for “Normal, Dry & Sensitive Skin.” 

2. Will it leave a white cast on my skin?
No—this formula is promoted as having no white cast. The ultra-microfine physical filters help avoid visible residue. 

3. Can I use it under makeup?
