Tracnesan Cream 10 g – Advanced Acne & Texture Renewal Treatment

Clear Breakouts and Revive Your Skin’s Surface

Tracnesan Cream 10 g features 0.05% w/w tretinoin, a potent retinoid that accelerates skin-cell turnover, unclogs pores, and reduces acne lesions.
This formulation is aimed not only at reducing pimples and comedones, but also at improving skin texture, fading dark spots, and addressing early signs of sun-damage.
Because tretinoin enhances photosensitivity and may cause initial irritation (dryness, peeling, redness), consistent use, gentle skincare and sunscreen are essential for safe and effective results.

  • Targets the root mechanisms of acne by promoting cell turnover and unblocking pores.
  • Helps diminish dark spots, uneven tone and textural irregularities for clearer skin.
  • Brightens and refreshes skin that has been affected by sun exposure or previous acne.
  • Delivers a prescription-strength solution in a manageable 10 g format — ideal for plus treatment zones.
  • With consistent use and sun-care, allows users to move toward smoother, more refined skin appearance.

  1. Cleanse your skin gently and pat dry fully (wait ~20–30 minutes if just washed).
  2. At bedtime, apply a pea-sized amount of Tracnesan Cream to the affected area(s) — such as face, back, chest — avoiding sensitive zones.
  3. Follow with a moisturizer if your skin tends to be dry or sensitive.
  4. In the morning, always apply a good broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30+ or higher.
  5. Monitor your skin: if excessive peeling, redness or stinging occurs, reduce frequency (e.g., every other night) or consult a dermatologist.

1. What skin problems can this cream treat?
It’s primarily for acne vulgaris (comedones, papules, pustules) and also helps with rough texture, dark spots and signs of sun-damage.

2. When will I start seeing improvement?
Some users notice initial clearing in 4–6 weeks, but fuller results (texture improvement, fewer breakouts) often appear after 8–12 weeks of consistent use.

3. Can I use it with other active treatments (e.g., AHA, BHA, benzoyl peroxide)?
Combining too many actives may increase irritation. It’s best to consult your dermatologist and introduce slowly.

4. Is it suitable for use all over the face?
Yes for many, but if you are new to retinoids, start gradually (alternate nights) and concentrate on affected areas first.

5. What are common side-effects and how to manage them?
Typical effects include dryness, peeling, redness or stinging. Use a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, avoid harsh exfoliants and always use sun protection. Discontinue if severe reaction occurs.

Tretinoin 0.05% w/w, plus excipients such as butylated hydroxytoluene, isopropyl myristate, polyoxyl stearate, purified water (Aqua), sorbic acid, stearic acid, stearyl alcohol, xanthan gum.

  • For external use only on intact skin. Avoid applying on broken, inflamed, sunburned or eczema-prone skin.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, lips, nostrils and other mucous membranes. Rinse immediately if contact occurs.
  • Because skin becomes more sensitive to UV, apply broad-spectrum sunscreen daily and avoid prolonged sun exposure.
  • Patch-test first, especially if you have sensitive skin. If severe irritation or burning persists, consult your dermatologist.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should only use under medical supervision. Store in a cool, dry place away from children.
