Prosil Gel 25 g is a specialist topical formulation designed to improve the appearance of post-surgical scars, acne scars, hypertrophic and keloid-prone marks. Its advanced blend includes key actives such as Hydroxyprolisilane CN, Allantoin, Dimethicone and Retinyl Palmitate, all working together to support scar-remodelling and skin renewal. By forming a protective silicone-based film (via dimethicone), the gel shields the area, helps trap moisture and enables the regenerating agents to act. Hydroxyprolisilane CN stimulates collagen synthesis to improve texture and reduce scar prominence. 
Whether you're dealing with recent scars or older marks, consistent use of Prosil Gel supports smoother, flatter and less visible scar tissue — making it a valuable addition to your scar-care routine.

  1. Cleanse the scar area gently and pat dry.
  2. Apply a thin layer of Prosil Gel covering the scar and a small surrounding border (approx. 2–3 mm) twice daily (morning and night) unless otherwise directed.
  3. Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed.
  4. Continue regular use for at least 8–12 weeks (or as recommended by your dermatologist) for visible improvement. Older scars may require longer.
  5. Maintain a consistent regimen — avoid skipping applications for best outcomes.

1. What types of scars can Prosil Gel help with?
It’s indicated for post-surgical, acne, hypertrophic or keloid-prone scars, and textured skin post-injury.

2. How soon will I see results?
Scar appearance may begin to improve within 8–12 weeks with consistent use; full benefits generally require several months.

3. Can I use it on my face and body?
Yes — suitable for facial and body scars; avoid sensitive areas if skin is broken or inflamed.

4. Are there any side-effects?
Side-effects are uncommon; some users may notice mild temporary irritation. If severe or persistent, stop use and see a dermatologist.

5. Will older scars respond as well as new ones?
