Melaneez Cream 30gm – Hydroquinone 2% + Tretinoin 0.025% + Mometasone Furoate 0.1% Gentle-Yet-Effective Pigmentation Corrector

Melaneez Cream is the dermatologist-favourite triple-combination formula (also known as the “modified Kligman” regimen) that safely lightens stubborn melasma, freckles, post-acne marks, and sun-induced dark spots. The lower 2% Hydroquinone reduces irritation while still blocking melanin production, Tretinoin 0.025% accelerates cell turnover, and Mometasone 0.1% calms redness – giving visible fading in 3–6 weeks and excellent clearance in 12–16 weeks with far fewer side effects than 4% versions.
