MandelAC Facewash by Jenpharm is a powerful yet gentle anti-acne cleanser formulated with 3% Mandelic Acid, known for mild exfoliation, plus soothing agents like Aloe Vera and Vitamin E. Designed especially for oily and acne-prone skin, it helps reduce dark spots, post-acne marks, and uneven skin texture by dissolving dead skin & unclogging pores—while maintaining skin’s natural moisture. Use morning and night, and follow up with a good moisturizer and daily SPF 40+ protection to prevent sun-induced pigmentation. Over regular use, skin looks smoother, more even-toned, and visibly healthier.

  1. Wet your face with lukewarm water.
  2. Dispense a pea-sized amount of MandelAC Facewash into your palm. 
  3. Gently massage into a lather using circular motions, avoiding the eye area.
  4. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
  5. Use twice daily (morning & evening); follow with moisturizer & SPF during the day.

1. Is MandelAC Facewash okay for combination or sensitive skin?
Yes — its 3% Mandelic Acid strength is mild compared to stronger AHAs, and ingredients like Aloe Vera & Vitamin E help soothe. However, if skin is very reactive, start with once daily use. 

2. Will it help fade dark spots or post-acne marks?
Yes. Users report noticeable reduction in dark spots & post-acne marks, plus more even skin tone with consistent use. 

3. Does it dry out the skin?
There is a risk of dryness with any exfoliating acid, but this formula includes humectants (like Glycerin, Propylene Glycol) and Aloe Vera to help retain moisture. Use moisturizer after. 

4. Can I use this facewash every day?
Yes, morning and evening use is suggested for many users, provided your skin tolerates it well. If irritation appears, reduce frequency. 

5. What should I use with it in my routine?
Use a light, non-comedogenic moisturizer after cleansing. In the mornings, follow up with a strong SPF (SPF 40 or higher). Avoid layering other strong exfoliants in the same routine.
