Dermive Oily Moisturizer by Jenpharm is a specially formulated lotion for oily to combination skin, blending hydrating and barrier-supporting ingredients with mild sun protection. Featuring ceramides, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and lightweight emollients such as white soft paraffin and light liquid paraffin, it delivers moisture without heaviness. With added SPF 20, it offers daily protection against UV damage in sunny climates. The non-greasy finish reduces shine and helps prevent excess oil, while maintaining skin’s moisture balance. Ideal for AM & PM use, it works well under makeup or on bare skin.

  1. Cleanse your face and neck with a gentle wash.
  2. Apply Dermive Oily Moisturizer while skin is slightly damp.
  3. Use a pea-sized amount for face (and more if needed on body) and spread evenly.
  4. In the morning, follow up with sun protection since this formula has SPF 20.
  5. Use twice daily (AM & PM) for consistent hydration and oil control.

1. Is this moisturizer good for acne-prone, oily skin?
Yes — it’s designed for combination/oily skin. The lightweight formula helps hydrate without making the skin greasy. Some users report it helps improve breakouts when coupled with a proper cleanse. 

2. Will it clog pores or cause comedones because of paraffin?
There’s debate: the product contains paraffin and white soft paraffin, which some find heavy. If you’re sensitive, try using a small amount first. Many users say it works well, but some report breakouts with heavier applications. 

3. How much SPF protection does it offer?
It provides SPF 20 protection against UV rays. For longer sun exposure, use an additional higher-SPF sunblock.
