The Oliprox Liquid 60 ml is a prescription-grade scalp shampoo formulated to treat dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and related fungal scalp issues. It contains the active antifungal agent Ciclopirox Olamine (1.5 % w/v) which effectively combats the fungus Malassezia furfur commonly responsible for persistent flakes and scalp inflammation. 

This medicated scalp shampoo features a rich lathering liquid that is designed to cleanse, condition and treat the scalp rather than just the hair. With regular use under a dermatologist’s guidance, it helps reduce visible flaking, soothe itching and restore a healthier scalp environment—paving the way for better hair health and comfort.

  1. Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  2. Apply an adequate amount of Oliprox Liquid onto the affected scalp and hairline, working into a rich lather.
  3. Leave on the scalp for approximately 3–5 minutes to allow the active ingredients to penetrate.
  4. Rinse thoroughly, ensuring no residue remains.
  5. Use 2–3 times per week for up to 4 weeks, or as advised by your dermatologist.

Q1: Can children use this product?
Yes — generally indicated for children aged 12 years and above. For younger children, consult a healthcare professional.

Q2: How soon will I see improvement?
You may notice a reduction in itching and flaking after the first few uses, but full results typically require consistent use over 2–4 weeks.

Q3: Is this only for dandruff?
No — it also treats seborrheic dermatitis and other fungal-driven scalp conditions thanks to its antifungal + keratolytic action.

Q4: Can I use it with my regular shampoo?
