Retrieve Cream 30 g is a potent triple-action topical formulation designed for the treatment of moderate to severe melasma, hormonal and sun-induced dark spots, and uneven skin tone. It contains:

  • Hydroquinone 4% USP, a well-recognised depigmenting agent that inhibits melanin production. 

  • Fluocinolone acetonide BP 0.01%, a mild corticosteroid to reduce inflammation associated with pigment formation. 

  • Tretinoin USP 0.05%, a retinoid that accelerates skin cell turnover and enhances pigment fading.

  1. Cleanse your face with a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser and pat dry
  2. At night, apply a thin layer of Retrieve Cream to the pigmented zones (e.g., cheeks, upper lip, forehead) and a small border of normal skin.

  4. In the morning, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) and avoid intense UV exposure.
