Coferb Drops 60ml is a specially formulated, alcohol-free and sugar-free paediatric syrup designed for babies and toddlers from 1 month onwards. It combines a mild cough suppressant, nasal decongestant, and antihistamine to quickly relieve dry irritating cough, blocked nose, runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes caused by colds, allergies, or upper respiratory infections. The pleasant fruity flavour and precise dropper make dosing easy and stress-free for parents, while the gentle ingredients soothe tiny throats and help little ones breathe and sleep comfortably again.

  1. Shake the bottle well before use
  2. Use the provided calibrated dropper for accurate dosing
  3. Dosage (as commonly recommended – always confirm with paediatrician):
    1–6 months: 0.5–1 ml, 3 times daily
    6–24 months: 1–1.5 ml, 3 times daily
    2–5 years: 2–2.5 ml, 3 times daily
  4. Can be given directly or mixed with a little water/juice
  5. Do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours

Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (or similar paediatric combination), Glycerin, Sorbitol, Sodium Citrate, Permitted Flavours, Purified Water

  • For infants and children only – do not give to adults
  • Strictly follow age-based dosage; overdose can be dangerous in small children
  • Do not use in premature babies or newborns under 1 month
  • Avoid if child has glaucoma, severe hypertension, or is on MAO inhibitors
  • Stop and consult a paediatrician if cough lasts >7 days or is accompanied by high fever/rash
  • Keep out of reach of children; store below 25°C
