Bosmon 62.5mg Tablet contains Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10mg + Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg + Phenylephrine HCl 5mg + Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 250mg, a fast-acting combination that provides comprehensive relief from common cold, flu, and allergy-related cough symptoms. It works by suppressing the cough reflex, reducing nasal congestion, relieving runny nose and sneezing, and lowering fever or body aches. This non-drowsy formula is ideal for daytime use, helping you stay comfortable and productive while recovering from upper respiratory symptoms.

  1. Take one Bosmon 62.5mg Tablet with water, preferably after food
  2. Adults: 1 tablet 3–4 times daily (maximum 4 tablets in 24 hours)
  3. Maintain at least 4–6 hours gap between doses
  4. Do not crush or chew; swallow whole
  5. Use for maximum 5 days unless advised otherwise by a doctor

Q1: Does Bosmon 62.5mg cause drowsiness?
A1: It has minimal drowsiness compared to older formulas, but some people may feel slightly sleepy.

Q2: Can I take Bosmon with high blood pressure?
