Amclav Drop is an oral liquid formulation containing co-amoxiclav (amoxicillin + clavulanic acid), designed for people who need a flexible, easy-to-administer antibiotic — especially children and those who cannot swallow tablets. The 62.5 mg/ml strength provides a potent dose in a small volume, making it effective for treating a wide range of bacterial infections. 

This drop works by targeting bacterial cell walls via amoxicillin, while clavulanic acid prevents bacterial resistance by inhibiting beta-lactamase enzymes.  The formulation comes with a dropper (or measuring device) to ensure accurate dosing, and must be shaken well before each use.
