Reliable Home Oxygen & Pulse Monitoring in Seconds

The Certeza PO-908 Finger Pulse Oximeter is a compact, fingertip-type device engineered for accurate measurement of arterial oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and pulse rate — ideal for home, travel, high-altitude sports or monitoring respiratory conditions.
Featuring a bright TFT display, pulse wave graph, rotating screen orientation, alarm functions and a high-precision sensor that works even under low perfusion and ambient light interference conditions.
It weighs approximately 50 g (with batteries), fits most adult fingers, and includes a carrying pouch, lanyard and AAA batteries — offering a trusted solution to monitor oxygen levels and pulse on the go.

  • Enables quick and accurate monitoring of blood oxygen saturation and pulse, empowering you to monitor respiratory health at home or during activity.
  • Ultra-lightweight, fingertip design makes it highly portable — ideal for travel, sports or daily monitoring.
  • High-precision sensor and smart display features (pulse wave, data review) help you track trends and changes over time.
  • Designed to handle low-perfusion or ambient-light challenges, improving reliability in tougher conditions.
  • Comes complete with batteries, pouch and lanyard — ready to use out of box for convenient monitoring.

  1. Insert two AAA batteries and ensure the device is switched off before placing it on your finger.
  2. Sit calmly with your hand supported and at heart level; slide your finger (preferably index or middle) into the oximeter so the fingertip rests fully inside the sensor.
  3. Press the power button; stay still and silent while the device measures. The display will show SpO₂, pulse rate, pulse bar/graph and other indicators.
  4. Read the displayed values once the readings have stabilised (usually a few seconds). Note or record the readings if monitoring over time.
  5. After use, turn off the device, remove your finger, store the unit in the carrying pouch and turn off or remove batteries if needed.

1. What values should I expect from a normal reading?
An SpO₂ reading of 95% or higher is generally considered normal in healthy individuals; lower values may require medical review.

2. Can athletes or high-altitude users use this device?
Yes — it is designed for both home use and on-the-go, including sports or high-altitude environments where oxygen saturation may vary.

3. Does finger size or temperature affect the reading?
Yes — very small fingers, cold extremities or poor peripheral circulation may result in unstable or inaccurate readings; ensure finger is warm and still.

4. How often should I check readings?
Frequency depends on your health condition; for trend tracking, take measurements at consistent times under similar conditions and record values for comparison.

5. Is this device medically certified?
Yes — the device is marketed as a medical product with a high-accuracy sensor and an interference-resistant design.

  • For external finger use only — do not use on broken, injured or poor-circulation fingers.
  • Avoid nail polish, artificial nails or poor finger contact as this may skew readings.
  • Do not rely solely on this device for diagnosing respiratory or cardiovascular conditions; use as a monitoring aid and consult a healthcare provider for concerns.
  • Remove batteries if the device will not be used for extended periods; keep in a dry, clean environment at moderate temperature and avoid moisture build-up.
  • If device emits error messages, shows unusually erratic readings or fails to light up, stop use and seek professional calibration or replacement.
