  1. Place one Tioget 18mcg capsule in HandiHaler
  2. Pierce once (press button fully) – you’ll hear a click
  3. Breathe out fully, seal lips around mouthpiece
  4. Inhale slowly & deeply until lungs are full (you’ll hear rattle)
  5. Hold breath 10 seconds → breathe out slowly
  6. One capsule once daily, same time every morning

A1: Yes – identical tiotropium 18mcg capsule + same HandiHaler device.
