Solifen 10mg Tablet – High-Strength Solifenacin 10mg for Strong, All-Day Bladder Control

Solifen 10mg contains the maximum approved dose of Solifenacin Succinate 10mg – the most bladder-selective antimuscarinic available. One tablet every night dramatically reduces urgency, frequency, urge incontinence, and night-time waking caused by overactive bladder (OAB) or neurogenic detrusor overactivity. Clinical studies show it gives the highest dry-rate (up to 70% of patients become completely leak-free) and the longest interval between bathroom visits among all OAB medicines.

  • Strongest single-tablet dose for overactive bladder
  • Highest “completely dry” rate among OAB medicines
  • Once-daily simple routine
  • Proven fast relief from urgency & leaks
  • Ideal for severe or resistant OAB

  1. Take one Solifen 10mg tablet once daily (preferably at night)
  2. Swallow whole with water – do not crush or chew
  3. Best at the same time every day
  4. Doctor may start you on 5mg first, then increase to 10mg after 2–4 weeks
  5. Continue long-term for sustained bladder control

Q1: When is 10mg prescribed instead of 5mg?
A1: When 5mg gives only partial relief – 10mg is the strongest dose for maximum urgency & incontinence control.

Q2: Will I stop leaking completely?
A2: Up to 70% of patients become completely dry on 10mg; most notice major improvement within 1–2 weeks.

Q3: How bad is the dry mouth on 10mg?
A3: More common than on 5mg, but usually mild – sugar-free gum and frequent sips of water help.

Q4: Can I take it in the morning instead of night?
A4: Yes – timing is flexible, but night dosing helps with night-time urgency and reduces daytime dry mouth.

Q5: Is it safe for long-term daily use?
A5: Yes – licensed and widely used for years in OAB and neurogenic bladder patients.
