1. Cleanse the skin and pat dry.
2. Apply Hydrophil Lotion generously to affected or dry areas (hands, feet, body) while skin is slightly damp. 
3. Massage gently until it absorbs completely.
4. Use 1–2 times daily—morning & evening—for best hydration & barrier repair.
5. In very dry weather or for flaky patches, use more often or on alternating days with gentler moisturizers.

1. What does the “5% / 10%” refer to?
It refers to the concentration of urea in the lotion. Higher % (10%) is more intensive for very dry, flaky or cracked skin; lower % (5%) is gentler, more suited for maintenance or sensitive areas. 

2. Can I use it on my face?
Yes—if your skin tolerates urea and you don’t have extreme sensitivity. Use the lower % version first and patch test.

3. Will it help with conditions like eczema, psoriasis, keratosis pilaris?
Yes. Urea helps gently exfoliate and soften thickened or scaly skin, making it helpful for many such skin issues. 

4. Is it greasy?
Mostly no. The formulation absorbs fairly fast. However, with higher % urea or if you apply too much, it might feel slightly heavier before absorption.

5. How soon will I see results?
Softness and moisture improvements can be noticed as soon as after a single use. More significant smoothing and reduction of dryness usually in 1-2 weeks of regular use.
