DEHYD Spray Aluminium Chloride 20% – Clinical-Strength Sweat Control for Under-arms, Palms & Soles

Regain confidence and control with DEHYD Spray Aluminium Chloride 20% (50 ml) — a powerful topical solution formulated for severe, persistent sweating (hyperhidrosis). The active ingredient, aluminium chloride, works by plugging sweat ducts and reducing sweat output in targeted areas like under-arms, palms and feet. Suitable for both men and women, this clinically-tested antiperspirant spray offers extended dryness and helps alleviate the social and physical discomfort of excessive perspiration. It’s designed for nightly application initially, with the possibility of reducing to maintenance use once the sweating is under control

  • Dramatically reduces excessive sweating, improving comfort in social, work or fitness settings.
  • Helps prevent sweat-stains, odour and discomfort associated with hyperhidrosis.
  • Suitable for under-arms, palms and soles — areas that challenge regular antiperspirants.
  • Clinical strength (20% aluminium chloride) delivers targeted performance beyond typical over-the-counter products.
  • May reduce reliance on more invasive treatments (e.g., botulinum toxin) for some users.

  1. Prepare: Thoroughly cleanse and dry the target area (under-arms, palms or soles). Use a fan or hair-dryer on low heat to ensure the skin is completely dry.
  2. Apply at night: Spray a thin layer of DEHYD on the affected area just before bedtime. Allow it to remain undisturbed overnight.
  3. Morning routine: Rinse the area in the morning, then continue with your usual topical products.
  4. Maintenance: After 2-3 consecutive nightly applications, if sweating diminishes, reduce usage to 1-2 times a week. Adjust frequency based on your control and comfort.
  5. Ongoing care: Keep the product upright, with cap closed, store out of sunlight. Monitor your skin for irritation and discontinue if needed.

1. What is this spray used for?
It’s designed to treat severe, persistent hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) in localized areas such as under-arms, palms or soles by obstructing sweat gland output.

2. Why is aluminium chloride used at 20%?
Aluminium salts (particularly 20% aluminium chloride hexahydrate) are among the most effective topical treatments for primary hyperhidrosis, forming plugs in sweat ducts to reduce output.

3. How long does effect last?
With proper application, many users experience marked reductions in sweating within 1-2 nights; maintenance may allow 1-2 applications per week.

4. Are there common side-effects?
Some users report skin irritation (stinging, redness, burning) especially on moist or recently shaved skin. Ensure skin is dry before application.

5. Can I use this on all body areas?
Use only on indicated areas (under-arms, palms, soles). It is generally not recommended for large surface areas, face or scalp without medical supervision.
