Adapco Gel 15 g – Advanced Retinoid Treatment for Acne & Texture Renewal

Clear Skin Starts With Targeted Retinoid Therapy

Adapco Gel 15 g features adapalene 0.1% w/w, a third-generation topical retinoid clinically proven to treat acne vulgaris (including comedones, papules and pustules) by normalising cell turnover, reducing inflammation and preventing clogged pores.
Designed for use in individuals aged 12 years and older, the lightweight gel base penetrates oily skin zones, supports clearer skin texture and may help fade post-acne dark marks when combined with sun-protection.
Because adapalene increases skin sensitivity—especially to UV light—this product must be used with consistent sun-care, moisturiser support and under dermatological guidance.

  • Clinically-effective retinoid therapy for adult and adolescent acne, helping clear breakouts and prevent new lesions.
  • Helps normalize skin cell renewal and reduce pore-clogging, improving skin smoothness and texture.
  • Lightweight gel base absorbs quickly, ideal for oily or acne-prone skin types.
  • Smaller 15 g size enables targeted, controlled usage under dermatologist supervision—cost-efficient and practical.
  • When used with proper sun-care, supports clearer, healthier-looking skin long-term.

  1. Cleanse your face gently with a mild, non-soap cleanser, then pat skin fully dry (wait ~20 minutes if newly washed).
  2. Apply a pea-sized amount of Adapco Gel to the affected areas (e.g., forehead, cheeks, chin) in the evening—avoid eyes, lips and sides of nose.
  3. Use a moisturiser if skin becomes dry or tight; in the morning, always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+ recommended).
  4. Start with every-other-night use if you are new to retinoids; increase to nightly (or as directed by your dermatologist) depending on tolerance.
  5. If you skip an application, resume next night—do not double up. After 8-12 weeks re-evaluate improvement with your dermatologist and decide on continuation.

1. What skin concerns does Adapco Gel treat?
It is indicated for acne vulgaris (blackheads, whiteheads, inflamed pimples) and supports improved skin texture and pore appearance.

2. How soon will I see results and how long should I use it?
Some improvement may appear after 4-6 weeks, but full benefit often requires 8-12 weeks of consistent use with sun-protection.

3. Can it be used in combination with other acne treatments like benzoyl peroxide?
Yes—but combining active treatments may increase irritation; consult your dermatologist to combine safely.

4. Is it safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
The safety of adapalene in pregnancy/lactation is not well-established—consult your physician before use.

5. Why is sun protection so important?
Adapalene increases the skin's sensitivity to UV, so without sun-protection you risk increased irritation and post-inflammatory pigment changes.

Adapalene 0.1% w/w, plus excipients (gel base, water (aqua), gelling/thickening agents, preservative) — exact INCI to be confirmed on packaging.

  • For external use only. Do not apply to broken, inflamed or sunburned skin.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, lips, nostrils, and mucous membranes. Rinse immediately if contact occurs.
  • This product increases sun-sensitivity—apply broad-spectrum sunscreen daily, wear protective clothing and avoid prolonged UV exposure.
  • Patch-test before full use—initial dryness, peeling or redness is common; if severe irritation persists, discontinue and consult a dermatologist.
  • Store below 30 °C, in a cool dry place away from children. Use only as prescribed by a physician.
